an H cylinder of oxygen running at 13 lpm with 1300 psi remaining within tank. ehm.aren't you suppose to substact 200psi of residual pressure from that 1300psi 1st? giving you 265.7 minutes disappeared.
you need the resourceful capacity of the bottle.
psi is a section of pressure. You need to know the volume.
Also, it is productive if you don't mix measurement systems. If you communicate lpm (litres per minute), then psi is not a thoughtful unit. Unless you want the answer surrounded by yard kilos per acre, or something as useless.
shift on. All you need to vote is, "the original size of the tank is X litres. Something close to 100 litres.
Are you for real? NOW you introduce the "cistern factor". try doing your "easy" calculation lacking it.
