does anyone know what kinda pill this is is?

its light blue, oblong and have 347 on one side This is generic Tylenol PM.
Look for a physician's desk reference. Or homily to a pharmacist. Of course, if it is a street drug, then it could be anything.
I wouldnt pinch it and instead let a pharmist look at it who should be capable of identifie it
Okay, I've looked again, and I'm updating my answer. Here is an oblong, blue pill with 347 on one side of it.
http://www.wallsrx.com/services/cpident..
According to wallsrx.com this is:
Hydrochlorothiazide, HCTZ capsule or tablets
What are hydrochlorothiazide capsules or tablets?
HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE (HydroDIURIL(R), Esidrix(R), Oretic(R)) is a diuretic. Diuretics increase the amount of urine passed, which cause the body to lose water and saline. Hydrochlorothiazide helps to treat large blood pressure (hypertension). It is not a cure. It also reduces the swelling and dampen retention caused by a variety of medical conditions, such as heart, liver, or kidney disease. Generic hydrochlorothiazide capsules or tablets are available.
Is this the pill you enjoy?
As you can see from the answes above, alot of pills are similar in appearance. Don't verbs about what it is, if you don't know. Throw it away, as you should ALL UNMARKED or expired medication.
Tylenol PM and Hydrochlorothiazide are VASTLY different medications!! I don't dream up you want to take a fortune.
