I think it would logically.
Hyperbaric chamber with pressures of 2-3atm are also repeatedly oxygenated. Thus, the partial pressure of oxygen in the atmosphere would be 2-3times greater than in middle-of-the-road conditions. Therefore, the heart wouldn't need to whip as fast as it as a rule does to oxygenate the body's tissues.
On the ECG, this change would manifest itself as an increase within the R-R interbeat interval.
