Does Neurontin produce alteration surrounded by sense of smell and drink?

I have notice since I have be prescribed on this med that my sense of taste and smell, while still present, is diminished. I be wondering if this is a side-effect of this medication? I take 600mg four time a daytime and did not notice any conversion and I have be on it for about two years
I bring 300mg/day and didn't notice that side effect, if it have been in recent times since you started that med, that it could be.are you on other meds that might be causing it?
