You loose money, it's not a 100% sure thing that it'll turn out the approach you want it to, something my go wrong during or after the surgery(ies), and you might become addicted to it. It's normally been said that once you "fix" one entry, you'll find another thing wrong.
OF course it does someone open your face and rearrange it to how you want it and when your done it could leave hiddious results !
