does hiv virus outside of body in actuality die after time or become intert/inactive?

yes i want to know whether the hiv dies after 9 seconds or it of late becomes still. I also want to know whether the virus can be put back surrounded by fluid assuming it was inert/inactive and therein become influential again? The virus dies outside the host body. It cannot be reactivated in moisture, because the virus requirements a host cell to take over and reproduce within.
.Did you fail biology? Viruses can not survive outside of the host's body.
I believe it is motionless. If it gets drizzly, it cannot come back to go.
HIV lives off of white blood cell. Assuming things like pH and heat remain the same outside the body as inside, HIV will die once adjectives the white blood cells are deceased.
HIV, unlike other viruses (e.g. adjectives cold virus, influenza, or hepatitis c), is a rather fragile virus.consequence that it's protein machinery will irreversibly degrade speedily outside a host rendering the virus permanently sitting. Saying a virus is "dead" is really a misnomer because a virus is never "alive". What is critical, is whether is a virus is capable of invading a host cell and replicating. HIV may remain infective for a time out side the body (e.g. contained by a drop of blood), perhaps up to 24? hours.
The HIV virus will die outside the body after awhile, but the Hepatitis virus can live on even contained by a dried up puddle of fluid.
