Does have your Epidimis removed affect your sexual experience?

Can you still produce sperm? Well, that depends. If it's only removed on one side, fertility shouldn't be artificial too dramatically. The other epididymis will still function. This is, of course, assuming that blood supply is not cut sour to the testicle at any point during the surgery.
However, a complete epididymectomy would leave the sperm beside no place to mature and gain motility, so sperm production would give up.
Erection and ejaculation would not be affected.
