Yes, any exchange of body fluid can spread HIV. This will be enhanced if the baby have any cuts or scratches within its mouth or on its face etc which give HIV direct access to the blood stream. It can also enter via milk being rubbed into the eye.
yup! it does transmit to little one during the breast feeding.. coz HIV ie Human immuno virus can spread through any body fluids.
