Does bile go past through the cheek bladder?

Yes and no. The liver secretes bile into get thinner channels call bile canaliculi. Bile passes from within into a series of ducts before joining the cystic duct coming from the gallbladder. Their alliance forms the bile duct. The gallbladder is a sac on the underside of the liver whose purpose is to store and concentrate bile. Bile gets into the gallbladder by first wadding the bile duct then overflowing into the gallbladder. Between meal the gallbladder absorbs hose down and electrolytes from the bile and concentrates it by a factor of 5 to 20 times. The liver secrets in the region of 500 to 1000mL of bile per day.
The bladder is in actual fact the collection point for the bile. It fills slowly near bile and releases it as needed to help digest podginess in a suppertime. So bile does pass through it but not approaching going constantly through a pipe more like innards and emptying a stiff balloon.
